Adventures In Bridge Special Events

 

 

Our last North American Pairs club qualifying game is tonight, Friday,
August 26th, at 7:00 PM. This is the last chance to qualify for this event
at the club level. Since it’s also our Wine & Cheese night, you get $2 off
the entry if you bring a food dish to share.

 

We have a 10:00 AM Non-Life Master Swiss Team game on Saturday, August 27th.


 

We have a 12:00 Noon Stratified Open Swiss Team game on Saturday, August
27th. 

 

We have a 1:00 PM Non-Life Master Swiss Team game on Sunday, August 28th. 

 

Monday, August 29th at Noon is our Winner’s Pairs game. The pair winning
first overall in the Open Game and the pair winning first overall in the
Non-Life Master strat play free for the rest of the week!

 

Sunday, September 4th is the San Diego Unit Masters Pairs Game and Unit Game
starting at 1:00 PM. We will have a separate Non-Life Master section for
Non-Life Master pairs. 

 

Monday, September 5th at Noon is our Annual Labor Day BBQ game. The BBQ
starts at 11:30 with the game at Noon!

 

Wednesday, September 14th at 6:45 PM is an ACBL-Wide Intstant Matchpoint
Game for Non-Life Masters. This is 100% sectional-rated with ½ Red and ½
Black MP’s. Overall winners in our district will receive bridge bucks prizes
and name recognition on the ACBL website and in the ACBL Bulletin. This is a
great opportunity to earn Red & Gold Master Points if you need them. This
game pays Gold Points to winners of each section.

 

We will also hold the ACBL-Wide Instant Matchpoint Game at 7:00 PM at our
Life Master’s game on Wednesday, September 14th.

 

Saturday, September 17th at 6:30 is our monthly Awards/Birthday Party game.
The free dinner starts at 5:30 PM with game time at 6:30 PM. Those born in
September play for free!

 

Our morning games are at 10:30 AM on Wednesdays and Fridays. On Fridays, we
serve brunch at 10:00 AM.
